Any idea can grow into a multimillion colossus, but invariably many new ideas are doomed by the carriers of those ideas.

The 90% failure rate of businesses and start-ups has nothing to do with the actual idea but more to do with its host, you. You have to market the idea to your self first, do the supporting research and review. After you done then you market it to others for capital build up and credibility.

If you approach your partner with a winning marketing strategy then you are going to succeed because you won the worst critic first, yourself.

If you knowingly bring a half-baked idea to anyone, you invariably plant your seeds of failure through subsequent decisions made from that single point. Its human nature.

People find it unusual to do self introspection. It is perfectly normal and can become second nature if you practice it enough times. What do you look for?

You look at your current situation and asses it thoroughly, Are you happy? Try not to rush to answer because there is no right answer. This is your assessment and you need to be honest.

How can you be happier without changing your circumstance? Money does not buy happiness is widely quoted but misunderstood. It essentially means that getting what you want may not be what you really need. You may need more hugs in your life, remember what I said earlier: no wrong answers.

You find out how you can be happier then you stop putting pressure on your business idea being the savior of you and you become the caretaker of your idea.

Those who are matured in this manner are infinitely more successful in any endeavour than those that lack it. How does this relate to how you win your partner over to support you?

A truly happier you has a better chance of convincing everybody that you are constantly doing the right thing. So do yourself a favour and prepare for success and not failure. Do not let circumstances dictate the outcome to you.
